Rebirth In Progress, a Black-owned self-care business, was founded by two women who were frustrated with their corporate jobs and “gatekeeping” culture. Refusing to be burdened by the mental and emotional toll it took on them, they decided to do something about it: create and share a series of tools – journals and merchandise – that would facilitate an empowering experience and foster community.

Rebirth In Progress, also a mindset, encourages one to embrace both endings and new beginnings alike. Thus, it can be applied to different seasons and chapters of life -- even beyond one’s career.

That is why the mission is to empower people to navigate life's transitions by embracing the unknown, claiming their power, and rewriting their narratives.
